Plate Shell Heat Exchanger for the waste heat recovery and condensation of 59t/h steam with refrigerant R124 for 200kw power generation plant
Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology is derived from the steam Rankine cycle in thermal power plants, but the working fluid in the cycle is replaced with organic substances.

Such ORC technology has been widely used in geothermal, waste heat recovery, and combined power generation projects. The working principle of ORC is that the organic fluid is pumped into the heat exchanger, absorbs the heat from the waste heat to generate organic steam with a certain pressure and temperature, which drives the expander to output energy and the generator to generate electricity. The low-pressure organic working fluid discharged from the expander enters the condenser for heat dissipation, condenses into liquid organic working fluid, and then re-enters the heat exchanger through the circulation pump, thus achieving the conversion of thermal energy into kinetic energy through repeated cycles.
